PROGRAMS

BASKETBALL

The teams will vary in age from 8u to 17u. The teams will compete in the various events to showcase their skills. The youth teams (8u-14u) are year round programs that will allow the players to hone their skills throughout the year.

Teams will compete in local tournaments and also will compete in events that will possibly lead to playing in the AAU nationals. The high school teams (15u-17u) will play in high level events, these high level events are all attended by various members of the media and will also include NCAA certified events that will be viewed by college coaches from all divisions of the NCAA.

The ultimate goal of these teams are to prepare all players to make the varsity teams of their respective high schools and to also prepare players for the next level of basketball and hopefully gain an athletic scholarship. While all players will not get scholarship the goal is always to have players prepared to receive one.If you are interested in becoming a part of the program please click the button below and someone from our staff will contact you.

TENNIS

It’s a whole new ballgame for kid's tennis! With equipment and courts tailored to suit their needs and abilities, kids will feel confident as soon as they pick up a racquet. Using the Quick Start Tennis format allows kids to rally back and forth over the net right away and enjoy the game right from the start. You’d never send your 8-year-old out with adult-sized equipment to a full-sized baseball field or basketball court, so why do that on a tennis court?

In a decision that will fundamentally change the future landscape of tennis in the United States, the USTA has passed new rules governing competition for 10-and-under tennis tournaments. The new rules require that 10-and-under tournaments be played using slower-moving and lower-bouncing balls, on smaller courts and utilizing shorter, lighter racquets. This move follows the International Tennis Federation’s proposed rule change, and took effect on January 1, 2012.

It applies to all USTA-sanctioned events for children 10 and under.  Fastbreak Sports is implementing this program.  In order to take the necessary steps to prepare your child for success, we have carefully designed our program to reflect the revolutionary changes that is taking place.  For more information on 10 and under tennis, please go to https://netgeneration.usta.com
